From Simple to Complex
When it comes to interactive business with many agencies out there, especially traditional firms, clients will pay in time and money for someone to learn how to accomplish tasks critical to a quick project. With Envano, this is what we do and we do it exceptionally well. With agility driven throughout our culture, we can shorten project timelines because we have extensive experience with quick development and turnaround, from small projects to complex websites.
Agility In Action
When faced with tight timelines, agile methods offer a framework for prioritizing and executing on decisions, with the goal of increased overall productivity.
A recent launch of a responsive website for HDD Broker, to sell used directional drill rigs, oilfield rigs and accessories, is an excellent example. Tasked with reimagining the current website design and entire user experience, Envano worked with the internal development team at HDD Broker to develop a solution that met a tight timeline. With the goal of re-launching the new website in conjunction with their store grand opening, Envano designed and built the entire front end before handing it back to HDD Broker to integrate with their back end system.
In February 2014, tasked with a turn around time of 3 weeks, Envano took an agile approach to website strategy, content inventory, and responsive web design build once again for Citizens First Credit Union. Working together with their internal team of developers, we developed unique processes to ensure instant communication 24 hours a day over those three weeks until final launch. As a result, the Citizen’s First team was able to launch their new, responsive site in time for a key executive meeting.
Like Citizen’s First, Envano’s work with Iyanla Vanzant, of the OWN Network television show ‘Iyanla, Fix My Life,’ was made successful by knowing responsive design and WordPress well enough to come in at in a tight deadline and get the website (Iyanla.com) work done fast, without sacrificing quality. Working with an internal team of 5, who also work with 5 different marketing companies in different corners of the United States, agile communication was key.
