Digital: The Ever Changing, Frustrating Frontier

Have you ever felt frustrated with the digital industry? We’ve been there, too. The challenge with digital is that it is a hugely variable, complicated, and very technical arena. With our team of experts in the digital field, we do our best, as your trusted partner, to keep you ahead of the game, anticipating changes that happen on a daily basis, and suggesting relevant solutions. However, we promise you that there will come times when things just happen.

This isn’t to say that we don’t take what we do seriously, because we do! Part of how we work towards eliminating as many errors as possible happens in our own Testing Lab. It’s our goal to put reasonable processes and quality testing in place.

Here at Envano, we have multiple devices with various operating systems that we can test on so that we can ensure proper functionality and user experience. Additionally, we use tools like BrowserStack to help test across different browsers. However, with the use of third party tools, although they can provide cost savings, they also have limitations; there’s a cost-benefit trade off.

It’s important to remember that when complaints arise, the squeaky wheel often gets the grease, and often times these individuals are 1% of the 1%. Perhaps they are using a different, maybe even out-dated device, browser, or operating system within a slower network. Variables will occur, and in the digital world we can’t expect everything to work the same in each scenario. It’s an unreasonable promise for us to make to you that everything is going to work perfectly, all of the time.

At Envano, we can promise you that we are nimble, efficient, and cost effective. We trap and test for as much as we can. It’s easy to get caught up in the technical difficulties that arise. Typos occur, variances in syntax choices, and even selections of color schemes all have potential to be points of contention. Of course, there will be differences in opinion, too.

If you don’t positively embrace failure, it’s highly likely you haven’t done much to push the boundaries to begin with. We want to help you push the boundaries. Contact us to find out how we can help you eliminate the frustrations that arise with the ever changing digital frontier.
