Before coming to Envano, I was used to working in a cubicle, minding my own business and not feeling connected to the people around me. When I first discovered Envano and began the interview process, I thought it was all too good to be true. A flat organization? A team of creatives encouraged to learn and grow? A job environment where you are known and valued on a professional and personal level? I thought I was being sold a bill of goods. However, over the past 8 months I have learned firsthand just how unique Envano is.
From my first interview, I knew Envano was different. I was given a series of tests that focused on exploring who I am, what makes me thrive, and what skills and abilities I have. The test results suggested there was a different position than the one I had applied for that would better suit me. I had never done anything similar to the job they were considering me for, but they believed that it was a position I could grow into.
I have felt such an individualized experience in my time here. Daily, my strengths are intentionally grown and cultivated. I am challenged to work outside my comfort zone, to learn more and to think outside the box. Here, I am not just another employee, I am a team member and a valued piece of the puzzle.
One of the benefits of a flat organization is that everyone is accountable to each other. With a level playing field, everyone is approachable, flexible and eager to help. The team works to do what is best for the good of the group and the client, not just for each individual. Everyone at Envano is an expert in their field which creates an atmosphere of respect between team members. I have never worked in an environment where I felt so valued and genuinely cared for.
Sincerity runs through our veins at Envano. We don’t offer our clients lip service. We don’t use pre-packaged formulas, we take a fresh approach to the individual needs of each client. We take into consideration the industry, company goals and standards, culture, and so much more in order to tailor their experience to meet their needs.
